Service Technician - HVAC

Position Summary: To provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience.

Work start and end time: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm (Weekends, Overtime & Evenings as needed)

Employement Type: Full Time

Pay Scale: $25 - $35 per hour

Qualifications needed for this position:

  • Certificate of completion from an HVAC technical school
  • 3+ years of experience
  • NATE certified or aquire NATE certification within one year of employment
  • Universal EPA certification
  • Possess tools needed
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagram and blueprints
  • Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience making repair and replacement decisions
  • Ability to aquire low voltage license within 2 years of employment
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
  • Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques

  • 5+ years of experience is a plus

Office Administrative Assistant - HVAC

Office Administrative Assistant - HVAC

Position Summary: We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. To be successful as an Administrative Assistant, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Administrative Assistants must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Administrative Assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

Work Start and End Time: Monday through Friday 7am - 4pm

Employment Type: Part Time, Full Time

Pay Scale: $13 - $15 per hour

Qualifications needed for this position:

  • Maintain positive and professional staff and client relationships; welcome and greet clients and office guests
  • Support office staff and executives with general operational tasks; perform general accounting and bookkeeping duties
  • Plan and schedule meetings, presentations, and other office related events; send reminders regarding upcoming appointments
  • Suggest changes to office task workflow to improve efficiency
  • Answer phones in a professional manner and direct calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messages
  • Manage communication of information in and out of the office; type out correspondence letters, emails, memos, etc. (paper and electronic); prepare outgoing mail and packages for executives
  • Assist in preparation of presentation materials
  • Monitor office supplies; order and re-stock as needed
  • Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 2+ years experience as an administrative assistant
  • 1+ years experience with QuickBooks software (preferred)
  • Fast, proficient, and accurate typist
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other administrative programs
  • Outstanding communicator, both orally and written
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Self-starter who works well independently
  • Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
  • Familiar with common office equipment (printers, copier, fax, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience with complex file management
  • Strong problem solver and analytical thinker
  • Professional demeanor
